After relocating from Los Angeles to be closer to family, this client sought out Team CBID to remodel his newly purchased home. Letting the 90s decor stay in the 90s, he wanted his home transformed to provide a modern, luxe experience. We started fresh with a reimagined footprint and a timeless, elevated design concept. One of his biggest hopes? To have a moody, masculine retreat where he could unwind and host friends, a space reminiscent of a high-end cigar or sports bar. In order to maximize his investment for this space, we had to get creative! We preserved the existing millwork and focused on rich finishes and textures. With new lighting, a custom bar, beautiful Kravet wallpaper, and lots of leather, we added depth and drama. It’s now his favorite room in the house (are you surprised?!). Every inch of this home speaks to his style with layers of intentional comfort throughout.
