Cheryl Bafford Interior Design, or Team CBID as our partners call us, is a full-service interior design firm made up of an internal team of three and a collaborative team of many. We specialize in the relief of stress, the removal of the pain points of decision making, and we take great joy in easing the design and construction process for our clients.

Our projects range in scope from collaboration with builders and architects for ground up construction, to renovations of existing houses, where we are thrilled to break the pieces apart and put them together again in new and unexpected ways. Rather than prescribe to a specific style, our classically fresh spaces are a reflection of our clients’ visions with carefully selected touches that bring you joy.
Our firm harnesses a broad range of experience so that we can best serve you, our client. We continually aspire to provide a seamless process by using collective knowledge gained from backgrounds in commercial design and architecture, exhibit design and fabrication. We apply our expertise in materials by taking advantage of years in the tile and flooring industry, and add to that over 25 years of residential interior design to leave you feeling confident in our team.

In addition, we collaborate with a carefully curated group of talented experts and artisans specializing in metal working, fine carpentry, upholstery work, furniture renovation, and more, to ensure that the finished product is better than you could have imagined.

The idea of building and designing a whole house was daunting. I am a control freak and wondered how I could make all the decisions needed in a timely manner and also not regret a design choice once it was made. Thank goodness I found Cheryl! She took time to understand my aesthetic style as well as appreciate the functionality we needed for our family. The result? A beautiful house with subtle but unique design details in every room.
