We believe wholeheartedly in the practice of using a clear process that organizes an otherwise unpredictable and sometimes overwhelming task. Over the years, we have developed six streamlined steps that allow us to maintain control of the logistics of your project, so that we can keep our focus on what’s most important: you and your beautiful final product. Our organized system also allows us to efficiently and thoughtfully tackle any unexpected circumstances that present themselves along the way.

Six Steps for Success
DISCOVERY.
Every project starts with a phone call to find out what we can do for you and to learn about your project. We take that time to answer questions, discuss your needs and visions, and schedule a site visit so that we can dive into discussing the details together.
DESIGN.
Now that we’ve learned about you and your goals, we create layouts, elevation drawings and furniture plans—the foundational work necessary to ensure a solid, finished design. We are heads down with materials and furnishings selections to bring to you a customized and comprehensive presentation of ideas.
COST.
Once our design is set, we conduct a Contractor and Trade walk through, to be sure that you have a clear understanding of the total cost for your project and that you are comfortable with the team who will do the work.
SCHEDULE.
Working closely with both you and the contractor, we set a target plan for the construction schedule. CBID works closely with that schedule to ensure that the arrival of all materials and finishes is coordinated carefully so that the project will run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
SUPERVISE.
During the construction phase of your project, Team CBID acts as your advocate, ensuring that our design details are being followed and that every nuance is being considered. Furniture and accessories are ordered by our in-house team, to be sure that they are ready for installation once the construction is complete.

REVEAL!
This is when your project really comes to life. As the dust is cleared and the furniture deliveries made, Team CBID works with our trades to install finish materials like window treatments and wallpaper, mirrors and art. We are on site, adding those special touches that will make the space feel like home.
